The reservation is effective only when you already reconfirmed it or transfer a certain deposit to our bank account.

Confirmation

After receiving your request, We check and inform you about the availability as soon as possible.

Voucher

The booking vouchers will be issued to you after we receive your confirmation or your deposit/payment per e-mail. And The BOOKING VOUCHERS must be presented upon check-in at the hotel.

Warranty

To guarantee your hotel or tour reservation, we must require your credit card details. To valid the warranty, you need to fill with all details required on our secured site or fax it to us or email. You may need refer to "How we work" for information of credit card warranty.

Cancellation & Non arrival policy

If you decide not to participate in the tour or hotel you have booked, please inform us at least 3 days for hotel reservation ( 2 stars hotel), and 7 days for hotels 3*,4*,5* and tour booking. Otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited 50% of the total amount for tour booking and the amount of one night staying for hotel reservation (for late cancellation or no-show) to cover communication expenses and cancellation charges. 20% will be charged in case of cacellation on time.

The late cancellation and no-show fee, cancellation will be charged through your credit card, which is used to guarantee your booking.

How to cancel, change?

Cancel,change by sending us an e-mail or by fax with the word "CANCEL" “change” in the subject line and quoting your booking ID,relevant dates. Cancellation will be charged 20%
Please be advised that we will NOT accept any cancellation, change requests by phone. Cancellations,change are ONLY valid if you receive an email from us confirming receipt of your cancellation. If you have submitted your cancellation and do not receive our confirmation of receipt by email do contact us IMMEDIATELY.

Payment

In order for us to process your booking request your credit card details are required. For your convenience, we offer secure credit card payments online. You may also submit your credit details by fax. We welcome VISA, Master Card, JCB and AMEX. Please note that AMEX at times charges the card holder an additional fee for currency conversions. Old Street travel will not be responsible for any changes in rates or any other charges that may occur during the credit card billing process.
Payment either also be done by cash (only in Hanoi), traveller's cheques (only in Hanoi), bank transfer. Except for cash payment, bank fees charge may apply (any bank charge must be paid by customers). Our bank account for the payment.
