ai ete charme pas l' acceuil et la competence du personnel. La tres jeune partronne est particulierement sympa. c'est un plasir de se promener dans le viel et authentique Ha Noi avec cet hotel comme hame de repos. J' y reviendrai le mois prochain."

You are the best value tour arranging in town and I can  recommend the HALONG BAY and SAPA trekking tours to everyone. If you do these tours sleep on the boat at Ha Long bay and choose the homestay in SAPA (Tavan village) Meeting with the locals , chatting to the children, eating diner with the family . though, you will end up harry to buy lots of handycrafts,  so take a bit of spare money !! so thank you again to all the staff at old street hotel .

"Thank you for a very pleasant stay. The rooms are clean and quiet. We enjoyed our trip to Ha Long bay. The overnight stay on the boat is something not to be missed. Staff was very friendly and helpful at Old Street Hotel.
We enjoyed hot water for tea in our room.Having access to computer for email is nice. Would like to stay longer but must continue our travels.

Bon hotel avec un personnel prevenant et une " manager" tres commerciale mais efficace et sympa. L'accueil est toujours bon et le reste meme une fois les prestations payees!
Les chambres sont tres correctes et le petit- dejeuner gaoui. Quartier tres central et tres anime, mais les nuits sont calmes.

The boys will look after you & the tour operator chick will point you in the direction you want to go in.

Old Street hotel Ha Noi.
We felt very confortable in the Old Street Hotel, mostely because of the friendly staff. They speak very good English ( and as i heard French too ) and help you with all travel -needs like visa, reservations, transfers and individual tours. The rooms are clean, and the people trying to help you at anytime. Speacial needs? No problem. I would come and stay here again!

The Old Street Hotel was all we needed to see northern Vietnam. After discussing ( With no pressure) tour options to Ha Long bay and Sapa, we decided to book. Our 3 days 2 nights trip to Ha Long was fun, and the trekking to SaPa was definitely a highlight. We felt the prices were very reasonable, and everything was taken care of. We felt safe to leave our bags with them when we were on trip. Overall, the staff at the Old Street Hotel were more than helpful and eager to please. Good luck in your travels, and we hope your trip was satifying as our experiences here!

Old Street Hotel should be in Lonelyplanet! And Hanoi should be given greater praise, more “ Vietnam” than Saigon( Ho Chi Minh ). Arrived unprepared and took a taxi to Stars Guesthouse, who kindly and thankfully welcomed me and put me in a taxi headed for Old Street ( They were full).
• Warmest welcome, friendly staff.
• Take care of everything ( maps, food, tours, directions)
• Rooms clean and nicely decorated in Vietnamese style so I feel at home ( want to stay in the room!!!)
• Good coffe and rolls, etc..
Highly recommend to all travelers who want an attentive experience in Vietnam, and meanwhile to feel safe, comfortable and secure.
Ps flowers in the room and food ordered on request ;
Very, very comfortable and warm.
Good for all ages: I’ m a widely traveled middle- aged woman.

From the minute we stepped into the hotel, the staff had been very hospitable and friendly.
The staff were accommodating and helpful every time.
We had a wonderful time in Hanoi!
One trip to Ha Long bay was a fantastic experience. The boat, the stay, the trip and most of all the kayaking had been memorable. Especially the kayaking it was breath- taking.
Hanoi is really busy but magical.

The tour was VERY organized . Don’t worry if you don’t know what is going on – They DO! SAPA was most beautiful!!! A home stay at village is highly recommended & If possible go to the “ BAC HA” market, the FLOWER H’Mong women are so beautiful…. THEY END Mary & Bec from “Miami” & “natural Bridge”

Our trip to halong bay was wonderful. Scenery was amazing. Everything Mrs Ngas organized for us was excellent.
We loved our Sapa trip – the most beautiful place and lovely people in the world. We would love to come back to Hanoi again and we would only use Mrs Nga for our trips.
